Brian Farber scored two goals, including the game-winner with :02.2 left in regulation, and assisted on goals by Aaron Susi and Kraig Chiles as the three-time defending Professional Arena Soccer League champion San Diego Sockers escaped Orleans Arena in Las Vegas Friday with a 6-5 win over the Las Vegas Legends, extending their regular season league winning streak to 33 games and their overall winning streak to 47 games.
The Pacific Division-leading Sockers are 10-0 and have the league's best mark. Their next game will be at the Harrisburg Heat's Farm Show Arena next Friday.
Eric Guzman and Felipe Gonzalez had two goals each for Las Vegas and Emmanuel Ayim tallied the final point.
The Legends, 10-2, lead the league's Southwestern Division and will host the Dallas Sidekicks January 31.
