Carlos Farias had a 13-point night, highlighted by a current era Major Indoor Soccer League single game record for three-point goals with three, as the host Chicago Soul defeated the Wichita Wings, 23-14, in a Monday afternoon contest at Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, IL.
Farias also had a two-point goal and a pair of assists in the victory.
Pablo Da Silva and Bado Radoncic each had a brace and an assist for Chicago.
Andre Berenzon led the Wings with a three-point and a two-point goal.
Chicago is 7-11, tied with Wichita (6-10) for fourth place in the standings, seven games behind the league-leading Milwaukee Wave (13-2).
The Wings host the Wave Friday night at Hartman Arena, then welcome the Soul Saturday night.
