RailHawks Forward Barbara Named First League MVP

The revived North American Soccer League announced Tuesday Carolina RailHawks forward Etienne Barbara was named winner of the Golden Ball Award, given to the league's Most Valuable Player.

Barbara led the team to the league's regular season championship and, along the way, broke over 20 individual and team records and was named to the Best XI team after scoring 20 goals and eight assists this season.
