Dominic Oduro scored a game-winning goal in the 85th minute off assists from Patrick Nyarko and Diego Chaves as the host Chicago Fire edged Chivas USA 3-2 Saturday in Major League Soccer play from Toyota Park in Bridgeview, IL.
Chivas has lost their last four games.
The Fire took a 2-0 lead into halftime as Sebastian Grazzini assisted on Cory Gibbs' second-minute goal and Chivas' Juan Pablo Angel had an own goal in the 26th minute.
Angel righted himself in the 61st minute with a goal assisted by Mariano Trujillo and, two minutes later, Chivas tied the game at 2-2 when Zarek Valentin fed a pass to Nick LaBrocca.
Chicago is now 5-8-15 with 30 and is tied for seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings with Toronto FC (6-12-12). The Fire hosts the New England Revolution next Sunday.
Chivas is 7-12-10 with 31 points and in seventh place in the Western Conference table and travels to DC United Wednesday.
