Holloway Steps Down As Ocean City Head Coach To Focus More On GM Duties; Oswald Named New Head Coach

The Ocean City Nor'easters of the USL Premier Development League announced a front office shakeup Friday that sees Neil Holloway turn head coaching duties over to Tim Oswald, allowing Holloway to focus more on his duties as the franchise's general manager.

Oswald has spent the past six seasons as head coach of the men's team at Rutgers University - Camden, where he has become the school's all-time winningest head coach and has led them to their current national ranking of 16th in the country.

Oswald has also coached Ocean City's teams in the USL Super-Y League.
