Sebastian Grazzini scored on a fifth minute penalty kick, then, four minutes later, assisted on Dominic Oduro's ninth minute play and Patrick Nyarko had an unassisted goal in the 30th minute as the host Chicago Fire defeated the New England Revolution 3-2 in Major League Soccer action Sunday at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, IL.
The Revolution's two goals came late in the game from Ryan Guy, whose first one was unassisted in the 90th minute and the second one came off a Milton Caraglio pass two minutes later.
The Fire are 6-8-15 with 33 points and in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings. Chicago hits the road this week for games Wednesday against Real Salt Lake and Saturday at the Houston Dynamo.
New England is in last place in the Eastern Conference at 5-13-12 with 27 points and will host the Seattle Sounders Saturday at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.
