Angel Brace Causes Chivas USA To Draw To DC United

Juan Pablo Angel was assisted in the 57th minute by Nick LaBrocca and in the 69th minute by Ante Jazic as visiting Chivas USA came back from a 2-0 deficit to cause a 2-2 draw with DC United Wednesday at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC in Major League Soccer play.

DC, who beat Chivas 3-0 11 days earlier, off a Charlie Davies hat trick, got a 39th minute goal by Dwayne De Rosario off Andy Najar and Ethan White had an unassisted gaol in the 47th minute.

Chivas is now 7-12-11 with 32 points and in seventh place in the Western Conference and will host Toronto FC this Saturday at The Home Depot Center in Carson, CA.

DC is in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings at 8-8-11 with 35 points, two points behind the New York Red Bulls (7-7-15, 36) for sole possession of fifth place. United hosts Real Salt Lake Saturday, who has been on a five-game winning streak.
