Women's Professional Soccer Tuesday announced the nominees for its five Year-End Awards -- Coach of the Year, US Soccer Federation Rookie of the Year, Defender of the Year, Coast Guard Goalkeeper of the Year and Michelle Akers Player of the Year -- and opened online fan balloting Tuesday through this Sunday.
Fans, players and team management get the opportunity to select the award wnners, with each group's votes counting for one-third of the total vote.
