Sporting Kansas City defender Daneil Cyrus will miss the rest of the 2011 Major League Soccer season after breaking the fifth metatarsal bone in his left foot, the team announced Tuesday.
Cyrus, who played in five games in all compeitions this season, including two MLS games, will undergo surgery and be out for four months.
