Impact Shuts Out Stars In Afternoon Contest At Saputo

Ryan Pore had a first-half stoppage time unassisted goal and Mignane Diouf fed a pass to Eduardo Sebrango as the host Montreal Impact shut out the NSC Minnesota Stars Saturday in a North American Soccer League afternoon contest at Saputo Stadium.

The Impact are now 5-10-7 with 22 points, good for fourth place in the league's single standings table, while NSC is 7-7-8 with 29 points and in fourth place.

Both teams will meet again next Saturday at NSC Stadium in Blaine, MN.
