For the first time this season, DC United midfielder Dwayne De Rosario, who scored a hat trick in a 3-3 draw with Toronto FC Saturday, was named a back-to-back Major League Soccer Player of the Week winner with his Week 21 award Monday.
De Rosario's hat trick came despite United playing a man down for most of the game.
