Jhonny Arteaga, who just completed the 2011 USL PRO season with FC New York, appeared as a guest player for the New York Red Bulls and, with assists from John Rooney in the 48th minute and Juan Aguedelo in in the 54th minute, led them to a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over the Philadelphia Union for their first win in Major League Soccer Reserve League play at Monclair University in Montclair, NJ.
Roger Torres gave Philadelphia the opening lead on an unassisted 18th minute goal.
The Red Bulls (1-3-0, four points) are tied for fourth place in the league's East Division with the Union (1-4-1).
Both teams will take part in a doubleheader Sunday at Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH -- the Red Bulls against the New England Revolution, Philadelphia against the host team.
