Barracuda Ends USL PRO Debut Season With Shutout Of Blues

Ranja Christian had a pair of goals in the 70th and 83rd minute and Tamarley Thomas scored the last goal of their debut season in USL PRO as host Antigua Barracuda FC shut out the Los Angeles Blues 3-0 Sunday in Antigua's home finale at Sticky Wicket Stadium in St. John's.

Antigua ends their season with a last place finish in the American Division at 9-13-2 with 29 points.

Los Angeles will be one of four teams to earn a league playoff spot from the National Division with a record of 8-7-7 and 31 points for 31 points.

The Blues close out their home and 2011 season schedule this weekend with games Friday at Titan Stadium at Cal State Fullerton and next Sunday at Norco College against the Richmond Kickers.
