Jason Yeisley assisted on goals in 22nd and 68th minute from Jeremy Deighton and Chad Severs, respectively, and scored off a Tommy Gray assist in the 41st as the host Pittsburgh Riverhounds defeated the Dayton Dutch Lions 3-1 in USL PRO matchplay Wednesday from Chartiers Valley High School.
Dayton's lone lead came in the 11th minute off a Marvin van der Pluyjin unassisted goal and the Dutch Lions have the worst record overall and their division at 1-12-3 with eight points. They will next host the Charleston Battery Saturday at Miami Valley South Stadium.
Pittsburgh is 6-9-5 with 23 points and is tied for third place in the LA Blues (6-4-5) in the National Division. The Riverhounds will travel to the Rochester Rhinos Friday at Sahlen's Stadium.
