A scoreless draw between the Laredo Heat and the host Chivas El Paso Patriots from Patriot Stadium in El Paso Saturday gave the Heat the USL Premier Development League's Southern Conference - Mid-South Division regular season title with a record of 11-3-2 with 35 points, qualifying them for the upcoming playoffs
The Patriots are also playoff-bound, finishing second in the division at 10-3-3 with 33 points.
