Rhinos Stay Atop National With Win Over FC New York

Kendall Jagdeosingh and Max Ferdinand each scored a goal and assisted on the other's goal in the first 13 minutes of the game as the host Rochester Rhinos, leader of USL PRO's National Division, defeated FC New York 3-1 Friday at Sahlen's Stadium.

Tyler Rosenlund added an unassisted 40th minute goal for the Rhinos, 9-5-3 with 30 points, and who play American Division-leading Orlando City Soccer Club, owner of the best record in the league, next Saturday at the Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando.

Kyle Hoffer struck with New York's only goal unassisted in the 44th minute.

FC New York, 4-7-3 with 17 points and in fourth place in the National table, take on the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Saturday at Chartiers Valley High School.
