Despite receiving a red card in Wednesday's 3-1 loss by the Puerto Rico Islanders at Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium in Bayamon, PR, the North American Soccer League's Disciplinary Committee extended the suspension of Fort Lauderdale Strikers forward Eduardo Coudet to six games overall without pay.
After the team was awarded a penalty kick in the 74th minute of the game, Coudet, who was not the player that committed the foul that led to the penalty kick, confronted the referee in what the league felt was an aggressive manner and made physical contact with him.
