FC Tampa Bay midfielder Pascal Millen and Carolina RailHawks defender Brad Rusin were named Tuesday the North American Soccer League's Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week for Week 13 of the 2011 season.
Millen had a goal and two assists in Tampa Bay's 4-2 win Monday at Al Lang Stadium in St. Petersburg, FL. He is second on the team in points with 17 and is tied for the team lead in assists with three.
Rusin, a three-time DPOTW winner, led the team to a 2-0 shutout of the Montreal Impact at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC Sunday, holding Montreal to five shots on goal en route to his third shutout of the season.
The RailHawks have the best goals against average in the NASL at 0.786.
