Danny Kramer assisted on goals in the seventh minute by Keith Detelj and in the 84th minute by Stephen Barea and Dominic Sarle sandwiched a goal between them in the 33rd minute as the host Long Island Rough Riders won the 2011 USL Premier Development League Eastern Conference Champion in a 3-2 win over the Jersey Express Saturday at Cy Donnelly Stadium in Long Island, NY and advance to next weekend's 2011 PDL Championship Weekend presented by Umbro.
Joseph Ovenseri scored both of Jersey's goals unassisted in the 50th and 56th minute.
