Impact Get Pore On Loan From Timbers

Forward-midfielder Ryan Pore was loaned to the North American Soccer League's Montreal Impact for the rest of their season Friday by Major League Soccer's Portland Timbers.

Both teams will be part of MLS in the 2012 season.

Pore started two of eight games for the Timbers this season.

The 16th overall pick in the 2005 MLS SuperDraft, Pore played in 58 games for the Kansas City Wizards (now Sporting Kansas City) from 2005 to 2008, then joined the Timbers in the USL First Division.

He had 10 goals in his rookie outdoor professional season and led the team to the USL-1 Championship and himself to a spot on the All-League First Team.

In 2010, in the USSF Division 2 Pro League, he was named the Most Valuable Player and to their Best XI after scoring 15 goals and nine assists for 39 points.
