Danny Barrera's unassisted 82nd minute goal allowed the Ventura County Fusion, leading the USL Premier Development League's Western Conference - Southwest Division at 10-0-5 with 34 points, to play the host Orange County Blue Star to a 1-1 draw Friday at Concordia University.
Fernando Monge fed a pass to Luis Silva for Orange County's goal at the hour mark.
The Fusion end the 2011 home and regular season schedule next Saturday against the Los Angeles Legends at Ventura College.
Orange County, in fourth place in the division at 8-5-2 with 26 points, will play their 2011 home and regular season against the Legends next Sunday.
