Forest City Explodes For Five Straight Goals In Win Over Lynx

Jonathan Cordoba scored two goals off assists by Mike Pereira in the 69th and 75th minute, Haris Cekic and Gary Ogilvie had a goal and assisted on each one's goal, and Scott Bibby opened the scoring with an 11th minute unassisted goal as host Forest City London annihilated the Toronto Lynx with a 5-1 home season finale victory in USL Premier Development League play at London Marconi Field Thursday.

Randy Ribeiro finally scored unassistedly in the 82nd minute for Toronto, now 5-8-2 wth 17 points and in seventh place in the Central Conference - Great Lakes Division. The Lynx played their season finale Saturday at Ultimate Soccer Arenas in Pontiac, MI against the Michigan Bucks.

London is now 9-5-1 with 28 points and is in third place in the division. They will take on the Ottawa Fury at Algonquin College Soccer Complex in Ottawa, Onatrio Saturday.
