FCNY Signs Puerto Rican Striker Megaloudis

FC New York of USL PRO announced the signing for the remainder of the season Monday of Puerto Rican striker Chris Megaloudis, who last played for River Plate Puerto Rico, a member for a time of the league.

A graduate of Stony Brook University in 2005, Megaloudis played in the USL Premier Development League with the Westchester Flames and played one game in Major League Soccer for the New York Red Bulls before playing for River Plate, first in the Puerto Rico Soccer League, then in USL PRO.

In 2010, he played for his second time at Radnicki Obrenovac in Serbia.

In nine games with the Puerto Rico men's national team (his mother was born on the island), he had five goals since joining in 2008.
