The North American Soccer League's Disciplinary Committee Tuesday added a one-game suspension to the automatic suspension received by FC Edmonton defender John Jonke in the 22nd minute of a 1-1 draw to the Carolina RailHawks last Wednesday for a blatant hit on midfielder Matt Watson.
Jonke sat out Sunday's 2-1 loss to FC Tampa Bay under the suspension and will now miss the rematch of these teams next Wednesday at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.
