Harris Ceric assisted on goals in the second, 20th and 75th minute by Carl Haworth, Tom Owens and Gary Ogilvie, respectively, as host Forest City London defeated the Ottawa Fury 3-1 Thursday in USL Premier Development League play from the German Club in London, Ontario, Canada.
Steven Kane scored Ottawa's lone goal in the 23rd minute off Fabricio Barancoski.
Forest City is 6-3-1 with 19 points and is in third place in the Central Conference's Great Lakes Division. They will next host the expansion Akron Summit Assault Friday.
Ottawa, 3-6-3 with 12 points and in fourth place in the Eastern Conference's Northeast Division, will host MPS Portland Phoenix Sunday at the Algonquin College Soccer Complex.
