Baggies Bag The Timbers In Exhibition At JELD-WEN Field

West Bromwich Albion of the English Premier League dominated the second half as they defeated Major League Soccer's Portland Timbers 3-2 in an exhibition game at JELD-WEN Field in Portland, OR.

Portland got a 2-0 lead as Eddie Johnson scored off a Darlington Nagbe assist in the 26th minute, then, three minutes later, Sal Zizzo connected with Peter Lowry on a goal.

West Bromwich evened the game at 2-2 when Youssouf Mulumdu assisted James Morrison on a 65th minute goal, followed three minutes later by Somen Tchoyi's goal off an Ishmael Miller assist.

The Baggies wrapped up the game in second-half stoppage time with an unassisted 91st minute play from Gabriel Tamas.

Portland returns to MLS play Saturday at Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH to face the Columbus Crew.
