Mike Ambersley's 71st minute unassisted goal gave FC Tampa Bay a 2-1 victory over host FC Edmonton in North American Soccer League action Sunday at Foote Field.
Kyle Porter gave Edmonton the lead in the 19th minute off an Ilja Van Leerdam assist, but Aaron King tied the game at 1-1 on his ow in the 30th minute.
Tampa Bay is in fifth place in the league at 5-5-6 with 21 points and travels to the last-place Atlanta Silverbacks Saturday.
Edmonton is in third place at 7-5-4 with 25 points, two behind the Puerto Rico Islanders (7-4-5, 26) for second place and will travel to Tampa Bay for their next match next Wednesday.
