Sounders Stay Unbeaten In MLS Reserve League, Shut Out Whitecaps

Trialist Cillian Sheridan was assisted by Miguel Montano and Servando Carrasco in the seventh minute and Zach Scott fed a pass to Roger Levesque for a 25th minute goal as the Seattle Sounders shut out the Vancouver Whitecaps 2-0 in Major League Soccer Reserve League play Tuesday at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila, WA.

The Sounders lead the West Division at 3-0-0 with nine points and will next host the winless Los Angeles Galaxy (0-3-0) Monday.

Vancouver is 0-1-1 with a point and holds down fifth place in the division. The Whitecaps travel to the Galaxy June 20 for their next game.
