Sasa Plavsic had an unassisted hat trick, scoring goals in the 10th, 25th and 85th minute, and assisted on Juan Mora Perea's 33rd minute strike to lead the host Abbotsford Mariners to a 4-1 victory over the Washington Crossfire in USL Premier Development League play Wednesday at Bateman Park.
Cullen Wilson had Washington's lone goal unassisted in the 59th minute.
The Mariners are 3-5-2 with 11 points and are in sixth place in the Western Conference's Northwest Division. They are now off until July 10 when they face the Tacoma Tide on the road.
Washington is 1-6-3 with six points and tied for last place in the division with the Tide (1-8-3). The Crossfire next host the expansion North Sound SeaWolves.
