Union's Ruiz, Timbers' Perkins Win MLS Week 10 Goal, Save Of The Week Awards

In fan voting which concluded early Friday morning on the East Coast, Carlos Ruiz of the Philadelphia union and Troy Perkins of the Portland Timbers were named the winners of Major League's Soccer AT&T Goal of the Week and the Save of the Week competitions for Week 10 of the 2011 season.
