Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union announced Thursday they will host Spain's Real Madrid July 23 at Lincoln Financial Field as part of the 2011 Herbalife World Football Challenge.
The Union played part of their inaugural season at the home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles while construction was underway on their new home, PPL Park in Chester, PA.
Philadelphia was scheduled to travel to the Seattle Sounders July 23, but the Union announced that game has been moved by mutual agreement to October 8.
