Kelly Parker assisted Alex Morgan on the team's final goal in the 73rd minute.
The Flash, who joined the league after winning the 2010 USL W-League Championship in its second season there, will host Sky Blue FC this Friday in Rochester.
The Beat, 1-2-1 with four points, is in fourth place and will face magicJack, formerly the Washington Freedom, next Sunday at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
