Dritan Sela and Tyler Masterson had goals to lead the host New Jersey Rangers to a 2-1 USL Premier Development League victory over the Central Jersey Spartans in a Garden State soccer contest at Morris Catholic High School Wednesday.
Antonie Hoppenot had the lone Central Jersey goal.
The Rangers are 2-2-0 with six points and are in third place in the Eastern Conference's Mid-Atlantic Division. New Jersey travels to the Bermuda Hogges Sunday.
Central Jersey, winless in their first two games of the 2011 season, are tied for last place in the division with the Ocean City Nor'Easters (same record) and the Brooklyn Knights (0-3-0). The Spartans host the Jersey Express in a Memorial Day contest.
