Orlando City Soccer Club forward Max Griffin, named twice this season to the USL PRO Team of the Week, was named the league's Player of the Week for Week 6 of the 2011 season after scoring the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win against the Dayton Dutch Lions Saturday at Miami Valley South Stadium.
Griffin is tied for the league lead in goals with Richmond Kickers forward Matthew Delicate.
