Keegan Terry assisted on Jean Tshimpaka's last-minute goal as the Nashville Metros played the host Mississippi Brilla to a 2-2 USL Premier Development League draw and, with it, gave the Central Florida Kraze a spot in the 2011 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup tournament as the representatives of the USL PDL's Southern Conference, Southeast Division.
After a scoreless first half at Harper David Field at Jackson, MS's Millsaps College, Jonathan Jackson scored an unassisted goal for the Metros in the 63rd minute, only to see Mississippi's Mike Azira accept a feed from David Palmer a minute later for a 1-1 score.
Joey De Mare connected with Thomas Shannon on the potential game-winning goal from the Brilla in the 79th minute before Terry's goal forced both sides to accept a point in the standings.
Nashville is 1-2-2 with five points and is in third place in the division. The Metros travel to the New Orleans Jesters this Friday.
Mississippi is in second place at 3-0-2 with 11 points and will host the division-leading Kraze Saturday.
