Eagles Blowout Barracuda At Charlotte Christian Stadium

Mark Bloom fed a pass to Darren Toby for a goal in the 17th minute and Brady Bryant teamed with Alan Sanchez on a 66th minute strike as the host Charlotte Eagles shut out Antigua Barracuda FC 2-0 Friday in USL PRO American Division play at Charlotte Christian Stadium.

The Eagles are in the division's cellar at 2-4-1 with seven points and will travel to the Florida Citrus Bowl June 2 to face Orlando City Soccer Club.

Antigua is in second place in the division at 6-4-0 with 18 points, putting them two points behind the Richmond Kickers (6-0-1, 19) for first place in the division and the league's best overall record. The Barracuda next host the Rochester Rhinos June 3.
