Gambian forward Sainey Touray, who started and played in last Saturday's 1-1 draw with the Richmond Kickers, was officially signed to a contract Wednesday by the Harrisburg City Islanders of USL PRO.
After spending the 2010 season playing for the Carolina RailHawks in the USSF Division 2 Pro League, he was loaned to Harrisburg for one goal, in which he scored a goal.
Touray has trialed for Arsenal of the English Premier League and played for the New York Red Bulls' Major League Soccer Reserve Division team, Wallidan in Gambia's First Division and Tallingding United in their Second Division.
