Graciano Brito was assisted by Tadeu Terra on a 52nd minute goal, then had a game-tying unassisted goal in the 79th minute as FC New York played the host Richmond Kickers to a 2-2 draw in USL PRO play Saturday at City Stadium in Richmond, VA.
Ryan Heins opened the scoring for Richmond on a 37th minute goal with help from Sascha Gorres before Brito's first goal knotted the game at 1-1, then Stanley Nyazamba gave Richmond the lead in the 73rd minute off an Edson Elcock pass before Brito's game-tying shot.
FC New York is in fourth place in the league's National Division at 1-4-3 with six points. They will host the Rochester Rhinos on Memorial Day and the Charleston Battery this Friday before hosting Richmond in a rematch June 13.
Richmond is 6-2-2 with 20 points and is in second place in the American Division, four points behind Orlando City (7-1-2, 23).
