Matt Watson fed a pass to Pablo Campos in the 35th minute to break a 1-1 tie and give the host Carolina RailHawks a 2-1 victory Saturday over the Montreal Impact in North American Soccer League play at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.
Kevin Hatchi scored Montreal's lone goal 11 minutes into the game but, ten minutes later, Etienne Barbara evened the score for Carolina with a similarly unassisted goal.
Carolina is 1-1-0 with three points and are tied for third with FC Tampa Bay and the Puerto Rico Islanders, both at 1-0-0. The RailHawks host league-leading FC Edmonton Wednesday in Cary.
