RailHawks Derail FC Edmonton; Three-Way Tie For NASL Lead

Etienne Barbara and Nick Zimmerman scored goals in the 19th and 76th minute as the Carolina RailHawks shut out FC Edmonton 2-0 Wednesday in North American Soccer League play at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.

The RailHawks, now 2-1-0 with six points, are tied for the league lead with FC Edmonton (same record) and the Puerto Rico Islanders (2-0-0).

Carolina next travels to the NSC Minnesota Stars next Saturday and Edmonton heads to the Atlanta Silverbacks May 7.
