Kickers Rally In Second Half To Improve To 4-0-0 In USL PRO

Mike Callahan assisted David Bulow in the 63rd minute and Luke Vercallone did the same for Shaka Bangura in the game's final minute of regulation time as the host Richmond Kickers rallied to defeat the Charleston Battery 2-1 Saturday in USL PRO play Saturday at City Stadium.

The Battery led after 15 minutes when Cole Peverley assisted Levi Coleman on a goal.

Richmond has the best overall record in the league and leads the American Division at 4-0-0 with 12 points. They will next face the winless Dayton Dutch Lions next Saturday at Miami Valley South Stadium.

The Battery are 2-1-0 with six points, good for third place in the same division. Charleston takes on the Charlotte Eagles this Friday at Charlotte Christian Stadium.
