Harada Goal Is Game-Winner For Riverhounds Over City Islanders

Shintaro Harada's unassisted 48th minute goal gave the host Pittsburgh Riverhounds a 1-0 victory over the Harrisburg City Islanders in their first Keystone Cup game of the 2011 USL PRO season Saturday at Chartiers Valley High School.

The two teams were originally scheduled to begin their annual series last Saturday at Skyline Sports Complex in Harrisburg, but severe thunderstorms cancelled that game and moved it to May 31.

The Riverhounds (1-1-0, three points) are tied with the Rochester Rhinos (1-2-0) for the lead in the league's National Division. Pittsburgh will be at the Wilmington Hammerheads this Friday.

Harrisburg (0-1-0), playing their season opener at last, are tied with the Dayton Dutch Lions (0-2-0) for last place in the five-team division and will host the Rhinos next Saturday.
