FC Tampa Bay of the North American Soccer League announced the signing Wednesday of midfielder/defender Shane Hill, the son of head coach Ricky Hill.
The younger Hill joined the team in the preseason as a trialist.
A native of England, like his father, Hill played for Rushden Diamonds and Sheffield United.
