WSA Winnipeg, an expansion team in the USL Premier Development League, announced Tuesday Eduardo Badescu will be the team's head coach, with William Rosales and Constantin Ignat serving as assistant coaches.
The trio currently work together at the World Soccer Academy, run by Badescu.
