The defending Major League Soccer champion Colorado Rapids announced Monday Westerra Credit Union will be the franchise's presenting sponsor for the 2011 season, which begins Saturday when they host the Portland Timbers at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, CO.
As part of the partnership, a logo combining elements of the credit union's and team's logo will be seen in all marketing and promotional campaigns in 2011.
