The expansion Fredericksburg Impact of the USL W-League announced the signings Thursday of Julie Jennings, Carter Blair and Mackenzie King.
Jennings is a sophomore at Christopher Newport University, Blair recently graduated from the University of Richmond, and King is a junior at Longwood University.
