USWNT End Algarve Cup Pool Play Undefeated, Face Iceland For Title Wednesday

Alex Morgan had two goals and Carli Lloyd had a goal and an assist as the world's number one ranked US Women's National Team ended Group A pool play undefeated at the 2011 Algarve Cup tournament with a 4-0 rout of Finland Monday in Quarteira, Portugal and will defend their title against Iceland Wednesday.

Morgan was assisted on her first goal in the 45th minute by Ali Krieger and scored unassisted in the 54th minute. Lloyd assisted Shannon Boxx on the game's opening goal in the eighth minte and was helped by Tobin Heath on a 13th minute tally.

Iceland won Group B Monday with a 1-0 victory over Denmark.

The US will compete in its 12th Algarve Cup championship game, their 11th since the field was expanded to eight teams, and their ninth championship game in a row there.
