The Jersey Express of the USL Premier Development League announced Wednesday Gary Tim will become the new director of public relations and media operations effective Thursday, replacing Nick Guerrero.
Tim earned his degree in journalism for the University of South Carolina and has worked in the industry in his native Guyana as well as in South America and the US for over 20 years.
He was previously offered the position in 2009 but declined due to commitments elsewhere.
