The defending Major League Soccer champion Colorado Rapids announced the signings Wednesday of defender Danny Earls and midfielder Josh Janniere.
Earls played 10 games for the Rapids in the 2010 season, then was traded after the season to the Seattle Sounders, who cut him last month.
Janniere was traded to the Colorado by Toronto FC in the offseason for a natural third round Supplemental Draft pick.
