MLS Teams Announce Eligible Players For Wednesday's Waiver Draft

Major League Soccer franchises Tuesday shed 22 players overall to get their rosters down to the league-mandated 30-player limit for the 2011 season and will hold a Waiver Draft Wednesday via conference call in New York to allow teams to add those players who were released.

Here is a complete, team-by-team list of those players available for selection in the draft:

Chivas USA - Carlos Borja, Oseal Romero

Columbus Crew - Kwaku Nyameke

DC United - Barry Rice, Carlos Varela

Houston Dynamo - Anthony Obodai

Los Angeles Galaxy - Yohance Marshall

New England Revolution - Fernando Cabados, Jason Griffiths, Roberto Linck, Steve Perry

New York Red Bulls - Conor Chinn, Irving Garcia, Sinisa Ubiparipovic

Philadelphia Union - J.T. Noone, Nick Zimmerman

Real Salt Lake - Pablo Campos

San Jose Earthquakes - Anthony Donatelli, Brain Edwards, Cornell Glen

Seattle Sounders - Danny Earls

Toronto FC - Emmanuel Gomez

DC United has the first pick in Wednesday's draft, followed by Chivas, Philadelphia, New England, Houston, Toronto, the Chicago Fire, Sporting Kansas City, Seattle, Columbus, New York, RSL, San Jose, Los Angeles, FC Dallas, the defending MLS Cup champion Colorado Rapids and the league's two expansion teams, the Vancouver Whitecaps and the Portland Timbers.
